Swedish / Kenyan illustrator Catherine Anyango lives in London. She is a book illustrator, film maker, the art director for The Real Tuesday Weld, teaches at the Royal College of Art and is an expert on the works of Philip K. Dick.

Her work combines collage, montage, photography, drawing and digital manipulation and creates a mysterious magical alternative reality.

In September 2010 the publication of her graphic novel adaptation of Heart of Darkness was met with critical acclaim including the Observer’s Graphic Novel of the Month.
