Today marks the publication of our dear friend Glen Duncan’s extraordinary new novel ‘The Last Werewolf’ by Canongate books in the UK. It is his seventh and has been hailed by Nick Cave as “a brutal, indignant, lunatic howl. A sexy, blood-spattered page-turner, beautifully crafted and full of genuine suspense” and it is garnering rave reviews in the press.

It is also the subject of the next The Real Tuesday Weld album – a series of songs about love, violence, friendship, betrayal, transformation and the Moon (in other words, business as usual). The album will be released following the US publication of the book by Random House in July but you can hear a preview: ‘The Moonrising Suite’ containing excerpts of songs, music, voices and readings from the book. Special guests abound including The Puppini Sisters, Pinkie Maclure, Joe Coles and Glen himself.
