These Clerkenwell Socks have been lovingly designed and hand knitted in 70% merino wool and 30% silk by our very own Canadian knitter SpillyJane.

SpillyJane has translated Clerkenwell with the colourwork cuff boasting patterning reminiscent of clocks and crosses, the area has particular associations with both, and the serpentine cabling depicting the lost River Fleet – diverted and hidden but still flowing underground.

Women’s size will fit any leg/foot that is 20.5 cm in diameter and is the equivalent of Women’s UK shoe sizes 5 – 8 or 24 cm – 26 cm long.


Men’s size will fit any leg/foot that is 23 cm in diameter and is the equivalent of Men’s UK shoe sizes 8 – 11 or 26.5 cm – 29.5 cm long.
